The Service Development Team aims to ensure the delivery of consistent service provision across Neami’s service sites by supporting staff to build their knowledge and skills in providing evidence based practices to the consumers they work with. To achieve this aim, the team facilitates training, research and evaluation and service/program development initiatives and activities. Service Development play a key role in supporting the implementation of any changes to models of service delivery, completing funding submissions and tenders and in facilitating staff involvement in any projects and initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for consumers. Where necessary the Team also contributes to the development and review of Neami policies.
