Neami currently has a dedicated Learning and Development Team of professional trainers who are responsible for the delivery of our internal training program:
- Six day induction
- Recovery Oriented Practice Model called the Collaborative Recovery Model (CRM)

- Group facilitation Skills
Neami provides the following specialist training to all staff through various state providers:
- Child Safe Environments (SA only)
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
- Senior First Aid (PARC and Assertive Outreach staff only)

- Critical Incident Diffusion Training
- Supervision Skills Training
Neami provides the following professional development opportunities through apprenticeship programs to all eligible staff:
- Certificate 4 Mental Health Non Clinical
