Service Development | Research and Evaluation

Research and evaluation is ultimately concerned with the creation of new knowledge and can be seen as central to the provision of effective mental health services by Neami. Neami is committed to continually refining and improving its practices by ensuring that all services delivered are supported by an appropriate evidence-base and informed by regular research, monitoring and evaluation activities. Neami’s approach to research and evaluation activities are intended to be both ethical and sensitive to presenting consumer needs and practically relevant to staff in their work. Information gathered via any research and evaluation project is reflected upon and used to inform and improve the delivery of services to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved by consumers engaged with the agency.
