Neami Splash Art Studio is a specialist service facilitating psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery through access to the visual arts.People who come to Splash work in an open studio environment, developing their creativity and artistic processes amongst their peers and with the support of practicing artists.Splash focuses on the development of individual arts practice in a range of media, including painting, drawing, mosaic, print making, ceramics, textiles, and sculpture.The program aims to provide a safe, supportive, creative environment where people can experiment, explore, develop skills and learn techniques.Splash also facilitates exhibitions, gallery visits, artist’s talks, and community arts projects, fostering connections to the broader arts community.For more information on the arts at Neami visit Neami Splash Arts Studio.

Neami Prevention And Recovery Care (PARC) Service

24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) Service, based in Preston, is a ten bed sub-acute facility that provides an option for people who are becoming unwell or are still recovering from an acute illness and need a short period of additional support and consolidation to complement their treatment and support.The PARC is operated by Neami in partnership with the Northern Area Mental Health Service (NAMHS) and aims to prevent avoidable inpatient admissions. During their stay consumers are assisted to develop a wellness plan including relapse prevention. The PARC Service is staffed by a Service Manager and a number of Community Rehabilitation and Support Workers (CRSW’s) 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
