Neami is a member of the Northern Area Mental Health Service's CALD Advisory Committee. This committee deals with issues of access to mental health services for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.  This group has representatives from  Migrant Resource Centre ethnic groups, community services, mental health clinics, hospital and non  government agencies.  The aim of the group is to continuously improve access and the day to day capacity to provide services in a culturally relevant manner.
