| Eligibility Requirements for Neami Services |
|
The services provided by Neami are for people who:
- are between the ages of 16-64
- have a mental illness and a subsequence psychiatric disability requiring support in the areas of personal recovery, social connectedness, daily living skills and housing
- have a willingness and capacity to accept psychosocial rehabilitation services
- are living in or have connections to the municipality surrounding the service site

- Neami Central Sydney, based in Ashfield, supports people who live in areas of Marrickville, Burwood, Leichhardt, Campsie, Balmain, Camperdown, Croydon Park and Tempe.

- Neami East Sydney - Darlinghurst supports people who live in the areas of Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo, Bondi, Paddington, Potts Point, Kings Cross, Elizabeth Bay.

- Neami East Sydney - Pagewood supports people who live in the areas of Randwick, Coogee, Kingsford, Maroubra, Daceyville, Botany, Matraville, East Lakes.

Neami Hunter, based in Carrington, supports people who live in the areas of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

- Neami Illawarra, based in Wollongong, supports people who live in the Wollongong region.

- Neami Macarthur, based in Campbelltown, supports people who live in the Campbelltown Local Government area.

- Neami Shoalhaven, based in Nowra, supports people who live in the areas of Nowra to Ulladulla.

- Neami South East Sydney, based in Hurstville, supports people who live in the St George municipalities (Rockdale, Kogarah and Hurstville) and Sutherland Shire.

- NEami South West Sydney, based in Liverpool, supports people who live in the Liverpool Fairfield, Campbelltown and Bankstown municipalities.

Victoria

- Neami Darebin, based in Thornbury, providing services in the municipality of Darebin.

- Neami North East, based in Heidelberg, providing services in the municipalities of Banyule and Nillumbik.
|
- Neami Complex Care, providing intensive outreach support to clients who have a range of complex care needs including contact with the justice system. All referrals to this service come from Spectrum (State wide service) and the Multiple and Complex Care Needs Initiative of DHS.

- Neami Whittlesea, based in Lalor, providing services in the municipality of Whittlesea.

- Neami Splash Art Studio, based in Preston, providing services covering the municipalities of Darebin, Whittlesea, Banyule and Nillumbik.

- Neami Murray Bridge provides support services to people living in the areas of Murray Bridge and Murray Mallee.

- Neami North East Adelaide, based in Pooraka, provides support services to people living in the areas of Para Hills, Modbury, Greenwith, Parafield Gardens, Para Vista, St Agnes, Gilles Plains, Paralowie, Salisbury, Salisbury North, Elizabeth.

- Neami Northern Adelaide, based in Salisbury, provides support services to people living in the areas of Salisbury, Salisbury North, Elizabeth, Gawler, Smithfield Plains, Paralowie.

- Neami Port Adelaide provides support services to people living in the areas of Port Adelaide, Pennington, Woodville, Cheltenham, Henley Beach, West Lakes, Findon, Fullham Gardens, Seaton.
